So my focus this week has been mainly on my core. Pregnancy really took a toll on it. Not just my abs, but my lower back and my balance as well. I have been trying to find exercises to help build it and I found this routine.
This routine has really kicked my butt and really helped to start rebuild the weak muscle. The best part about this routine is that you don’t need any equipment, so you can do it anywhere and at any time. If I am at the gym, I try to add this to my other routine, but it’s also great on the days that I do not make it to the gym.

If you can’t do it each three-exercise circuit three times like it suggests, just start with doing each circuit once through and 8-10 reps of each exercise. Don’t be afraid to start small and build it each time you work out.
